I started triathlon at 14, inspired by my father who qualified for the IRONMAN World Championship in Hawaii in 2018. Watching him cross that finish line in Kona changed everything for me.
Since then I've become European Champion and World Vice-Champion in Duathlon U23, won IRONMAN 70.3 Portugal in 2023, turned professional in 2024 and reached the top 5 in PRO 70.3 races with a best time of 3:38h. I hold a Master's in Sports Training specialising in Triathlon and have been hosting Tricast — Portugal's leading endurance podcast — for over 4 years.
I founded Momentum because I know what elite training looks like from the inside — and I want every amateur athlete to have access to that same level of support, structure and expertise. Not a generic plan. A real team behind you.
